Home dashboard: session cycle tracker, curated wellbeing resources, and quick access to check-in and journaling tools.
MiMente is a therapy platform built for companies that want to offer emotional wellbeing to their teams. The design had to reduce the natural friction that exists when seeking professional help, turning session booking into something as effortless as any other service, while preserving the sensitivity a mental health product demands.
The system had to sustain multiple states and exceptions: scheduled, cancelled, paid by the user, cycle completed, extra sessions, all without the experience feeling fragmented.
The work was structured as a flow mapped block by block: home, scheduling, session states, cancellations, progress, sessions, and profile, which made it possible to design each screen in the context of the others and catch breaking points before high fidelity design began.
Every user decision branch, first time vs. returning user, free vs. paid session, cancelling with or without a fee, was designed as its own case, so no state was left without a corresponding screen.
Therapist matching: recommended therapists based on the user's intake, with specialties, availability, and one-tap booking.
Consistency is key to any therapeutic process. The reward system was designed as conditional states inside the existing flow, activated or unlocked based on the user's progress, rather than treated as a separate layer bolted on top.
Check-in and testimonial mechanics integrated directly into the session-state system.
Cycle-completion moment: progress is visualized and celebrated at each milestone, reinforcing the sense of forward motion.
A complete, consistent screen system covering the collaborator's entire journey inside the platform, from the first time they book a session to tracking their therapeutic progress, with every intermediate state (scheduled, cancelled, paid, completed) resolved visually, plus a gamification layer that reinforces treatment adherence.
